but I did a quick search for garters and I'm finidng PROM garters and HOMECOMING garters?

What does that even mean? Girls wear garters to prom? Why?

all the girls in my HS wore them to prom... including me were pretty much whores cause i cant tell you how many pics i have of us pulling up our dresses to show them
