Pashminas? I would say Main street, Flushing. It's right over the Roosevelt avenue bridge.

lmaooo.. Yea it's super close you know that main road right outside of Citifield that has the train tracks overhead that's Roosevelt avenue. Depending on where you get out from the parking lot you have to make a left and get onto Roosevelt avenue and go over this little bridge. I'm used to Shea and i haven't been to Citifield so i don't know where you get out from. But i do know you have to get to Roosevelt avenue and then go over that little bridge.
Flushing is basically a mini Chinatown so there are tons of stores that sell pashminas and slippers.

Since your FBIL is a Queens person then he should know about Main st and Flushing. Okay i got a link with a map of Citifield you have to take Roosevelt avenue towards College Point blvd, keep taking Roosevelt avenue up and you will see Main st.

Re: I know someone brought this up before
lol.Your welcome...I went to High School around there so i know the area lol. There are mostly small stores that sell the pashminas, slippers, costume jewelry and sometimes you can find street vendors. There is also an amazing selection of Asian restaurants, Macy's, Old Navy, Benneton, Burger King, McDonald's, a banging @ss pizzeria under the LIRR train tracks right on Main st...lol.
