My shower party was at the Washington Manor in Roslyn. It was beautiful. Other thoughts but not sure about pricing:
Classico Restaurant (manhassett) Il Bacco (great neck) Roslyn Claremont Hotel Cottage House (Milldredge Inn)

Well the prices vary so here are a places, pretty close to Ronkonkoma:
Bavarian Inn-Lake Ronk Watermill--Smithtown Intermezzo-upstairs is private John Harvard's--has a back private room Jade East--chinese--St. James Beech Tree Cafe--smithtown--not sure if still there
having a brain cramp...can't think of anymore at this moment...LOL
