I know this has been posted before but I really need help coming up with something for favors
I already bought little white boxes that were for our original favor idea but that fell through. I really like the idea of all the wrapped up boxes but I have no clue what to put in them! We don't want to do chocolate b/c the wedding is in July and we don't want to be assembling favors the night before the wedding so nothing that can go bad. The boxes are about 3 inches wide and two inches deep. Help! All ideas appreciated!

hmm my first idea was chocolate or some other candy -hard candy wont go bad if done earlier .. wrapped candy
a small candle -- those rose shaped ones are pretty and would probably fit.
what was the original idea?

We were going to do seeds in a tin but the seeds we got looked like dirt (FH said it looked like a certain hind of herbal, smokable drug) so that is not going to work.

What about some other kind of candy. Other than chocolate. Something like sweet tarts and or smarties. I am trying to think of candy that brings you back to childhood summers. I was also thinking of Jelly Bellys or Gummi Bears. I hope that I helped you out a little. If you have any other questions FM me.

i like the gummy bears idea too i always smush them together like they kissing so its like a romantic favor too then! (old people usually dont like to eat them though)
maybe have two types of favors - older people candies -butterscotch? and younger peoples (gummies) let them choose or exchange
is that too sterotypical ? sorry !!

how far in advance would you have to make them ? and how far in advance can you put them in the box?
