get sick after being in the sun? I don't get violently ill or anything, but lately every time I am 'laying out' my stomach starts to bother me after a while, and it bothers me for a little bit afterwards (really bothers me). . . What is up with that????
i sometimes gets headaches and also i can not drink if i am in the sun or going to be the next day then i get really sick even if i drink a little!
I think your getting dehydrated try and drink some gatoraid or another sports drink while your laying out or directly after and you should feel better. This happens to me and it always seems to help
That's how I felt every night when I was in Vegas. I guess it's from being out in the heat/sun all day and I don't drink a lot of water. Feel better!
YES!!! I was out in the sun Sunday, and not even laying out or anything, but I was working in the garden...that evening and all the next day I felt nauseous with a headache.
I get a headache sometimes when laying out. A little food usually helps.
I don't get nauseous really, just stomach cramps . . . weird . . .
Yes, I get that often. I believe it's more from te hdehydration that the actual sun/coloring...
