where a friend could get DIY flowers for centerpieces for her wedding? and a florist for CHEAP bok's? shes out in bay shore so maybe somewhere in suffolk but not necessarily. i was thinking the flower district in nyc but where else??? tia girls!!!

you can preorder them through costco for the same prices they are at the store. I know the roses are 2 dozen for 15.99. she can contact her local store.

Ken & Eva's Flower Cottage in Brentwood. They have bouquets starting at $65. Ken's really nice too, he'll work with you and your budget. He was part of the package my RH offered, but we had a change of plans and aren't using the RH anymore. We are going to use him for our engagement party!
