I lost 4 pounds...new total lost 9.8

ahhhh i am so excited.

i havent seen it on me the loss but someone told me you can see it in my face.

and i put on a pair of jeans today and i didnt have to lie on the bed to zipper them

i am so excited. i lost 4 more pounds.

in my 5 weeks at WW i lost 9.8

Fi lost 3 pounds and his total loss in 5 weeks is 17 pounds. ahhh go us..

I do feel great. I put on a pair of jeans saturday that i didnt have to lie on the bed to zipper up.

I feel so great. Brian looks wonderful. He looks and feels great.

WW is really working for us

what is a real ego boost is someone noticed. a guy i work with said to me he noticed in my face i lost the weight. ahhh what an ego boost
