My mom did JC since last July and has lost a total of 30 lbs.. it's all a matter of portion control!!
She looks amazing and when you are done, you will too!!!

When I bought my dress in January, I was really hoping to lose 30 lbs by the wedding .... that's not my real 'goal weight', but a weight I figured I could be happy with.
