I lost more weight!
Last night I had a weigh in, and I'm down a total of 3.6 pounds in 4 weeks! I know it's not a lot, but I just keep losing, and I feel so great!
Good thing I AM losing, because today's my TV taping! LOL

YAY! Congrats! Losing ANY amount of weight is GREAT!!!
I have a weigh in today and am not feeling too good about it... oh well!

Awesome. Starting saturday I am going back OP strictly. I have been on and off this week and I feel yukky.
