I have to say, that they saved my waistline.... I have been on the south beach since may and took the adivce of the 'bible' recommending no sugar added fudgsicles... and it worked to satisfy my chocolate cravings... and now I am 135 pounds! (down from 180) God Bless the almighty Fudgsicle

Your weight loss is amazing I love them too, but am making it through South Beach with sugar free popsicles...go South Beach!!! Good luck to you

I must know how you stay on it- I am trying and I just can't give up certain banned foods. I amnot giving up though. I am starting over fresh asap and hopefully I can do it, otherwise, it is ww for me.

I use severe restrain on the sb.... it was hard at 1st... now it is just a way of life....the few things i do crave such as pasta are easy... DREAMFIELDS LOW CARB PASTA... tastes just like the real thing....
