...Ultra Shark Cordless Sweeper. If you dont have one and have $60 to spare ($48 if you buy it a Linens & Things with a 20% off coupon) I highly recommend it. It works on floors and carpets, s ucks up all kinds of stuff (great for under Luke's highchair after a meal) and its pretty powerful. It also has an edger brush so it gets alot the edges of the room very well and the head swivels. The waste compartment empties very easy and it's so much simpler than hauling out the vacuum (especially if you are preggo). My floors are so much easier to clean now.

I agree! I am not preggo but have lots of stairs in my home and pergo floors so this is a godsend! Definitely worth the $$

I have one too and love it but mine makes this weird noice when it runs. It started about a month after using it. It still works - just sounds funny.

DH talked me into getting one when we moved into the house. It's the best thing we could have bought! And since it was his idea, he gets to use it more than I do!!!!

I received the regular Shark vacuum as a shower gift...haven't used it yet but hope it works just as good.

funny, i've been desperate for a new handvac (we have a dustbuster & its awful- no sucking power) for the floors & carpets- so much dog hair around the house! i was on epinions.com & reading up on the dirt devil models. but maybe i'll go with this one since its gotten such great reviews! thanks!
