I went back to the place that did my invitation calligraphy by hand to do my place cards also by hand. Once again, they did an AMAZING JOB! I take lousy pictures but the envelopes and card stock match my invites as well as my programs!
#1 The envelopes (guess who is coming) #2 and #3 The numbered cards for inside the envelopes
wow - seeing that makes me realize that the calligraphy on my invitations pales in comparison! just beautiful!

Re: I LOVE MY CALLIGRAPHER
I had those and my envelopes and inners done at the Wedding Company in Manhasset. It is right between Manhasset Bridal Couture and The Wedding Salon of Manhasset. They charged $1.25 for each set of place cards and envelopes. They charged $2.75 for each set of outer and inner envelopes for invitations. I investigated this fully. They were the best price around for hand calligraphy and the prettiest I saw.
I think the store contracts a calligrapher. I dont know her name but she does work rather fast. Now keep in mind you have to make an appointment because as we approach springtime weddings, I am sure her time slots will fill up. I had to make an appointment for a winter wedding.
