i LOVE the container store

just called to spec out our closets... dh was in the city for court so he said he could go pick up the materials but they need time to cut the shelves etc.... well the guy on the phone was SO nice and he emailed me the closet layout while we were on the phone.... then he said as long as I'm in NYC then why don't i just have it delivered - it's only $35 to deliver within the five boroughs so it made so much more sense than for DH to go lug a billion shelves home; plus they have tons of time slots all weekend, so they are delivering it Sunday night between 6-11pm!

Anyone need to do stuff like this you should totally check them out. Awesome customer service. Dusty from Louisiana is my new BFF.

New closets for me and him!!! woo hoo, i'm SO excited.

thanks, so i'm not so nuts. the fact that they designed the whole thing for us is so huge - I know you sort of pay for it but we got the cheapest version of the closets and i still didn't think it was super expensive. i can't wait to have some more space!!

Not nuts at all! The first time i went to that store - i spent like 200 bucks!!! I still have every ounce of the stuff I got too and that was like 3 years ago!

I told one of my friends to go there for closet stuff - they seem so reasonable!! I'm so glad you had a great experience!

i went in person first and they designed our closets but i was 6 inches off in the measurements so i just called and he did a bunch more over the phone, and he was really nice and so honest with me about compromising space etc.

my mom LOOOOVES the container store too, she did all the closests and did a great job and also did my dads and made him a real nice closet. She is always recommending that place lol

i know youve been wanting to do this, it will be great

i know, i can't wait. DH kept rolling his eyes at me whenever i'd mention it but then i took him on saturday and he saw all the closets and suddenly he was like 'well i'll go pick up the stuff if you want when i'm in the city on friday' so i know he is SOLD.

i might be up super late sunday installing all this stuff.... i've been waiting so long i just want it in there already
