I love Yoga!

A friend of mine suggested teaching the kids in our special ed high school yoga on Wed. afternoons, and so I volunteered to help, and I LOVED IT! It was so great! The kids were so into it and took it so seriously. I was so psyched that they liked it too I just thought I'd share.
