Sorry, I forgot to write a message. Yay - I'm married!!! The wedding was beautiful and perfect and I can't say enough wonderful things about it!!! Here are my vendor reviews:

Ed Collins Photography - Excellent!! I can't say enough great things about Ed. He was wonderful. He made everyone feel so at ease and comfortable. He was just a pleasure to work with and I'm sure the pictures are going to be beautiful!

Wild Rose Video - Marie and her assistant, Dave, were at our wedding and what can I say… they were unbelievable. Marie was so sweet and really helpful the whole day. They were both so great to work with and were so professional, friendly and just great.

Lucky Star Productions DJ - Steve was our DJ and the music was great. One problem was that I specifically asked him not to talk during the first dance song and he did - he said 'for every couple out there another year of happiness' and I hate that stuff. Anyways, whatever. The other thing was that I gave him a play/do not play list and he refused to play anyones requests because he kept telling guests that he has to stick with the brides list - I had to go up to him and say are you crazy, take requests, of course take requests! Other than that, he was very helpful during the day and did play some great stuff. The party was definitely jumping the whole night!

Executive Parking Valet - I dealt with Jeff while booking them and he was really a pleasure. But to tell you the truth, I only heard complaints about the staff after the wedding. They weren't very pleasant. The guests had to wait a while for the cars - which is understandable because since we got married in a mansion in the Southampton, the nearest parking lot was a ways away so it took them a while to get the cars. But at end of the night one of the kids comes in waiving a dollar bill at my mother in law and with an attitude told her that that's all he got in tips all night. She was like what is wrong with you. My husband spoke to him after that.

Flower Michele - The flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! I couldn't believe how gorgeous they all came. John was such a pleasure to work with and was just great. I really went there with no idea what I wanted and he helped so much and it all came out looking perfect. I can't say enough good things…

Hair/Make Up - Jackie from Imakeupyou and Margaret from Hair Phases were EXCELLENT! They arrived right on time at the Hampton house and they each did me, my Mom, my Mother in law, maid-of-honor, my sister in law, one of my bridesmaids - everyone came out looking absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a hair /make up team don't hesitate to book them. They were so professional and my make up and hair stayed all day long. I got done at 10AM and the party was over at 2AM and it still looked great then.

Caterer - Troy Conrad from Hamptons Clambake. The food was awesome. We had a great cocktail hour with 2 stations and 5 passed. The meal was filet mignon with lobster tail and a piece of chicken with roasted potatoes and a mixed green salad. The food was really something great. The only complaint is that he didn't bring with him enough service people and we had a problem with the tables he rented for us - we asked for tables that seat 10 and we got tables that seat 9 - it wasn't as big of a problem as it could have been as most tables only had 9 people at them. But we did have to do some last minute rearranging that I would have rather not do.

Dress - Demetrios from Macy's Bridal in Menlo Park, NJ. The dress was perfect and the ladies at the store were very professional. I could not have been happier with my dress, everyone loved it too - especially my husband!! 

Tuxes - Dante's - The tuxes all looked great but we did have some trouble working with them. They don't have a computerized system so it's really annoying, we had to keep telling each store that the tuxes were ordered to be picked up on Wednesday and not Thursday before the wedding, and that kept getting screwed up so that was annoying. Other than that everyone looked excellent.

Bridesmaid dresses - David's bridal. The dresses were beautiful and inexpensive. The only problem was the staff at David's wasn't too helpful and I heard a few of the girls had not such great experiences when they went to pick up the dress and get alterations ( I used the location on 86th Street in Brooklyn). All the girls looked so pretty, I was really happy with my choice.

Cake - Blue Duck Bakery in Southampton. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I heard from many people that it was the best wedding cake they ever had.

We got married and had the reception at a mansion we rented in Southampton. It was such a blast. Both our families stayed in the house for 5 days and it was so much fun to spend the time before the wedding together. YAY!
