I'm filling out our invitations...

for our Brunch the day after the wedding. It has a line for you to write what it's for? What do I put? Do I write Wedding Brunch, just Brunch, the day after brunch? I have no clue? Any ideas? Also, when it asks where? Since it's at someone's house, do I put 'The ________ Residence'? I am so clueless. Thanks!

I think that you can just write Brunch (people will figure it out once they see the date) I think that Wedding Brunch may be too confusion. People may think that is your wedding (I over analyze everything)
OUr brunch is at my FI's parents house, so we wrote Please join us for Brunch at The _____ Home. I think that residence sounds a little pretentious. But do what ever you feel comfortable with!

No... my FI parents' friends are hosting and paying for it. They insisted! Hey, as long as I don't have to pay for it, you know?

I agree, just put 'Brunch'. The guests will know that you and you new husband!!! will be in attendance, and also, I think you should write 'home' instead of 'residence'.

Hmmm, is there any way you can talk them into giving you the money instead of the brunch??
