I'M GETTING SCARED....

We are going to Bora Bora for our honeymoon..and I can't stop thinking about the Tsunami. What are the possibilities of this happening there..and has it ever?

I went to Bora Bora for my honeymoon. You have nothing to worry about - you really can't live your life being scared of things out of your control anyway. You are going to an amazing place - focus on the good things, not the .000001% chance that something will go wrong.

I'm going also, about the same time as you! There's very little chance. I know my FH looked into things like that - he owns a SCUBA dive shop and is really on top of that sort of thing - NO WORRYING!! It's your HONEYMOON and it will be GORGEOUS!!!!!!!

Thanks...I needed that reassurance. It's amazing how so many people keep asking me about our honeymoon and say oh I wish I was going..and then end it w/the whole Tsunami thing. I think I'm detecting some jealousy..

I agree with Alicia.. Dont stress.. Things can happen anywhere you go. Bora Bora is an amazing place.

It's definitely jealousy, don't listen to people like that. Your honeymoon is going to be GORGEOUS, no need to worry about anything.
