I'm home sick today

What are good remedies to take for colds? My throat hurts, and my nose is stuffed, and im achy...

Theraflu works pretty well for colds. (It's a powder you put into boiling water.) It tastes TERRIBLE but it really clears up the sinuses.

Feel better! And get lots of sleep.

My FH swears by Theraflu also .. I usually go for the Tylenol cold..

I always take thera flu...I love it. Im actually taking it right now....

I'm on low carb, so i cannot drink any juices, or eat any oranges to get Vitamin C...any other food that I can eat that is rich in Vitamins?

Zinc tablets if you can.
Or hot tea, lemon and honey (throw in some whiskey too if you want - it clears up the sinus passages...)

Don't eat dairy - it produces phlegm (I hate that word) and with a cold you don't need any extra of that.'

Tylenol for the aches

Sleep!!!

I dont have any zinc, but I am taking Echinacea.....So hopefully that will help.

OMG I got the same thing! It came on all of a a sudden, I just bought Tylenol sore throat, seems to have worked my throat feels better. Drink a lot of hot tea with lemon if you can and try some zinc
