I'm kind of freaking out- WITH UPDATE

Do you think it's at all possible that I'm pregnant? I had AF the week before the wedding, my last day was our wedding night. We were away for 2 weeks and even though I was taking the pill, I wasn't taking it at the same time everyday or anything. We got back from the HM on Sunday and I should be getting AF next Wednesday. Here's the weird thing, I've had a horrible stomach ever since we got home. I'm not naseous or anything like that, but I have been going #2 way more often than normal. We wanted to wait a year before getting prego, so I'm kind of hoping it's just nerves. If it's not, I'll be thrilled, just caught a little off guard. I haven't even mentioned this to DH, I don't want to freak him out. Can an upset stomach be a sign of pregnancy?

UPDATE- I got AF today, so I guess the funky stomach was just a bug I brought home from Mexico. In one sense I'm relieved, we weren't planning on trying until next year, but in another way I'm a little disappointed. It would be nice to have a new addition. Oh well, I guess it isn't meant to be just yet.

I honestly dont think you are. Most people don't get pregant right away even when they completly stop taking the pill..of course it happens, but unless you missed like a few days of pills, the chances are small.

I got pregnant 2'x on Orthotricylen. Most likely because of bad batches because I was insane about taking it. When I went to Ireland I made sure I woke up at 8amEST to not mess myself up. Both were chemical pregnancies. I basically found out I was pregnant a few days prior to my period then had an early miscarriage AF showed up. The last time it happened was in late July so I stopped my pills the day I found out I was preggo when I found out I was no longer pregnant dh and I threw caution to the wind and never picked up my next refill. I was pregnant pretty much the following month.

You may be pregnant because of the messing up the time. It sounds like you would have been ovulating on your honeymoon. Some doctors say your first month off the pill you are your most fertile.

Honestly I doubt it, can't guarantee it but doubt it.
I was horrible about taking pills at the same time and never got pregnant. Of course everyone is different but it really isn't so so critical that it's exactly the same time.
I was the queen of catch up with the pills.

Just relax. You probably have a bug brought back from the HM. We had stomach issues when we got home too and not PG here.

that was me too!! I never too it at the same time every day. I used to take it right before going to bed (I didn't go to bed the same time every night) and there would be some mornings I would wake up and realize I didn't take the pill the night before so I would take it in the am and then again that night.

ok this is a weird q..but do u have ibs..b/c my friend who was preggo wasconstantly going to the bathroom, the exact opposite of ibs symptoms she used to feel..but i dont think u rdont worry too much--things happen for a reason:)

I'm actually really regular (I know- too much info). But really, I very rarely have an upset stomach and never one that lasts this long. I suppose it's possible I got a little stomach bug in Mexico because I am feeling a little better today.

Yeah, I was going to ask where you went on your honeymoon... Mexico would definitely do it!!

I, too, am really bad with taking my pill once a day, every day, at the same time
