I just stuffed myself with the baked ziti, I dont think I could move right now. I'm so ashamed. . .

Awe Liz, dont be ashamed. So you fell off the wagon, you can pick yourself right back up! They say in WW if you mess up, just make sure you get yourself right back on track! Don't worry, we dont think you are a loser!

And that is NOT for falling off any wagons, that is for beating yourselves up! You're human! And I bet it was awesome and you enjoyed it!

So now, to make amends, go for a walk when you get home, at least 30 mins. And eat lots of veggies for the rest of the day. I bet whatever you ate doesn't make such a difference after all....
