I ended up eating a fruit and yougurt parfait from McD's after fiancee reminded me about ash wednesday. Now I have to figure out what I am going to eat for dinner!

I remembered!! I had a tuna sammich. Im going for ashes tonight followed by a fried flounder dinner.......yummy!!!

I remembered (somehow). But usually I'm the first person to forget. I had tuna for lunch and probably sushi for dinner.
