I brought my BP to look for dresses about a month or so ago and they all chose Bill Levkoff two piece sets. Each BM chose something different, but in the same fabric, so they felt comfy in what they were wearing according to their size. We wrote the model numbers of each dress down at the salon on a prospect card that we will use when we order the dresses at the end of the summer. I was looking at the Levkoff website last night and one of the dress sets that one of my BM's chose, is no longer there. Does that mean that it is no longer made, or could that mean that they just aren't featuring it anymore on the site. I know she can find something else but if she could have her first choice, I am sure she would be happier. I e-mailed Bill Levkoff. Any thoughts?

Re: I may have an issue...
Sometimes that means its discontinued, but it does not mean the designer does not have it in stock. bridesmaids dresses are not made for each person like wedding gowns are so they should have some in stock. I would also call the salon and order asap if it is discontinued.

if the store is carrying it, they are probably able to be ordered, but only for a short time. The fact that it is not on the site means it may become discontinued soon- if not already. Before she has her heart set on it- see what lefkoff says to your email.
Im picking Levkoff dresses for my girls too - the fabric is beautiful and for the price, they look very well made with the built in bras and darts.
good luck!!

Re: I may have an issue...
They have so many dresses and sets to choose from. Thats why I chose that company. My BP ranges in size from Jr. BM size to a ladies 16. Rather than choose one dress that would invariably make at least ONE of my BM's miserable, I just told them to pick any Euro Satin 2 piece set of their choice. We went to look early in case we couldnt find anything. The three adults chose easily and my teenaged neices (though Jr BM age are bridesmaids) will pick something when they get home from camp. We all agreed that the Euro Navy color was a very rich dark fabric (but not too dark) for my winter wedding and was complementary to each skin tone.

I wouldn't worry too much because as long as the store still has it, they can order it. Unless it's been discontinued. Just because it's not on the site doesn't mean it's discontinued. I would either stop down or call the bridal suite you were going to order the gown from, and ask them if they still have it.
My wedding gown isn't on the designers site either, and it's not discontinued.
Hope it works out

I would check with the salon you are ordering from because even if the dress has been discontinued that might still be able to get it. The only thing is you might want to place all the orders at once because I've been told that sometimes you can get different dye lots if all the dresses aren't ordered at the same time. Good Luck!

Yes, I agree. All of the deposits and dress orders will go in together. Since it will be impossible to get the entire BP there on one day, the salon told us to have everyone measured within 2 weeks of each other. After the last person is measured, then all of the orders will go in to avoid dyelot issues. I had this happen to me years ago and needed to order a new dress.

Re: I may have an issue...
i would call the bridal salon and ask, worse comes to worse, order the dresses earlier then the end of summer. they can still have their fittings later, so they don't have to have then altered again and again if their weight flucuates
