No way, but then again I never wear make up so I'd have no clue what I was doing

Re: I may sound crazy, but...
I am thinking of it cause I dont want to spend $250 for makeup because its just for me. If I cant find someone at a MAC counter at Macys soon- I may just do mine and say the hell with it!

Re: I may sound crazy, but...
I've had my makeup done by three different people and each time I can't stand it. I always think they make me look like I have more/bigger wrinkles than I really do...I think I like it, then an hour later I hate it!

Re: I may sound crazy, but...
I’m on the fence about it. Part of me wants to get it professionally done, but I’m also scared to go for trials cause it might be a waste of $$. My face can’t handle a lot of make-up and I prob will hate whatever is put on me. I might do it myself or have my sis do it.

Not a chance. There is NO WAY I can do my own. I stink at doing my own makeup.

Being a make-up artist, what would you say as I'm having a restaurant wedding and will be getting ready at home without all the hullabaloo??

Re: I may sound crazy, but...
I might... I should have gone into cosmetics, I think I'm pretty good at it (when I focus) the only thing I want is airbrush and I don't know how to do that... but eyes, yea... nobody does my eyes right.
but my MOHs sister is doing my hair and she said her friend does good makeup, so we'll try it one day and if I don't like it, then I'm doing it.

Practice on yourself and take pictures indoors and outdoors...see how the pics come out.
Remember you will have the pics forever. Sometimes you look good in person but pics can wash you out. Like I am getting airbrushed. It looks slightly heavier than what I am used to in person but in pics it looks FLAWLESS!

HELL YEA! I'm not paying some stranger to do my make up. Trial or not! Who needs it, I've been wearing make up so long now I know how I look best & what I should wear. PLUS I'm doing my own touch ups as the day wears on.
