I can't believe it took me so long to actually put this up....but
Saturday I was at work (I'm a waitress at Red Lobster) and this table comes in and sits down. I go over and greet them, take their drink order and am thinking 'Wow, this couple looks incredibly familiar.'
So to make a long story short....I finally asked where she worked (she of course answered LIWeddings), and it was our very own Kim and her husband. It was kind of nice to talk to her (outside of an event that she is running and responsible for 40 vendors). We chatted weddings, and she was so sweet.
So Kim...anytime you want some coconut bites you know where to go!!!

It was sooo nice to meet you on Saturday Chrissy and chat about weddings. And the coconut bites rocked.

I thought it was an inside joke. I knew it wasn't directed at me. I always leave a nice tip. And I have to say Chrissy was an AWESOME waitress. I even told her before I knew who she was that she had a great presence about her. She was so happy and positive when she came over to the table and I love that.
