I met with Duet today!
At the risk of sounding totally cheesy, I have to give a HUGE thank you to liweddings and all the great brides who told me about Duet Photography - After teaching today I met with Eric at his manhattan office - turns out it's 4 blocks from my grad school!
I found him to be extremely professional and friendly. I really thought I'd just check the place out and see a few albums - turns out I was there for an hour, poured through like 5 different albums and started tearing up watching someone's wedding video!![]()
(to the bride on video who had a 2004 Greek orthodox wedding and reception at Watermill - you looked great!)
Eric never tried to aggressively sell me his product - I imagine he knows that the albums and video really speak for themselves. I dont know why I didnt book them on the spot - I guess I felt that I had to include FH in the decision somehow - so I'll bring him by the office next week.
Anyway - I dont know that I ever would have learned about this vendor had it not been for this website. Thanks to posts and threads on this board I felt very prepared going to meet with him and I can now see why so many brides are Duet brides!![]()
