larkfield manor...after seeing 17 places..poor fh...but its his fault too bc we couldnt agree when one of us did like something..but the bm was so sweet and then the owner came in and asked us if we wanted something to drink and joked around with fh about doing a shot and then he threw into our package the vodka bar which is the thing with the ice sculpture..i really liked it there but i noticed that theres not too many girls on here have reviews which makes me lol...so we are going to the showcase on wed to show my mother and sister and then we are also going to do a food tasting and if all goes well we are going to book!!!!!!!!!

oh, i was interested in looking there too! i wouldnt be able to go to the showcase though b/c i am supposed to see a show in the city that night! please let us know how it is. thanks! Good luck! oh, and the website is really pretty, i looked at it last night.
My best friend is having her reception there, she loves it too and there is a showcase there on wenesday night I believe

my venue is not popular, it doesnt matter if a place has a ton of reviews on LIW.
LIW is not the final word in deciding a place, most brides dont even go on LIW
Use your judgement, have a tasting, speak with the BM. that is what did it for us, how nice they were, no pressure at all, and willing to work with us.

If i didnt book Chateau La mer, I was going to book Larkfield manor. I loved that place and they were willing to do ANYTHING to get my business!
