I miss my wedding :(

I was telling my DH how I miss the wedding. It was a month ago today, I also miss the shower and bach. weekend. I'm so sad it's all over.
He said, 'I'm so glad it's allll over!'

I have to say I miss it too! but I miss the day itself..not the planning! I hated planning!!!! LOL. But I am also happy that we started our lives together..nothing beats that feeling that you are husband and wife!!!!

i miss my wedding too...but only the actual day...NOT the planning! i was so tense and stressed out when planning! i felt all nostalgic when we were watching our video footage...it was such a beautiful, happy, perfect day. :)

I might feel that way. I wouldn't be surprised if I missed the actual Wedding itself, but not all this time of preparation. Mostly because me and FH have been away from each other. So I KNOW that i won't wanna go back at all - i'm just gonna be soooo glad these months are over & we're finally together. But I still think it's normal to miss the fun of that day

I miss it too! I am dying to get my DVD back to see what I missed! It went by way too fast. I mean, the time before the wedding went by quick too, but my wedding day is like a blur now. I can't believe my wedding was 84 days ago!! I was so nervous, I didn't concontrate on 'things' at the wedding and I am so sorry now that I didn't. I really wish I could do it all over again!

However, I definitatly don't miss the planning and the paying. DH and I were fighting everyday (about 2 weeks before) to the point were he'd stay late at work and I would just be freaking out because of last minute things and I seriously dont miss handing out 75K for a wedding

haha I find it funny but I actually miss the planning. I've been telling my friend who is getting married in '10 that I would be more than happy to help her.

I totally understand!!! I miss everything about it - even the planning. I pass by bridal stores all the time and i get this overwhelming jealous feeling of the girls inside that are still planning! Its so pathetic but i just really loved every second of it and i would do it all over again.

I feel the same way, i get really sad when i stop and think about it. I wish i didn't read this post because it gets my brain thinking...try to keep busy, and think forward.
I think it gets easier as time goes on but then there is the fact that the wedding was so long ago and its that much further away.

I agree!! OMG sometimes it does get harder to get over as the day becomes further away..IT becomes more and more of a distant memory. And sometimes I get soo jealous of the 09 girls..I really miss the excitement and the anticipation of waiting for the wedding to get here..Sometimes I get upset looking at my wedding countup! It just means the day was that much longer ago. I think thats why I'm still on here so much too! I want to pretend the excitement from the wedding is still a reality!!!!

I've been looking at pictures - just got my proofs back and a lot of people are sending me pics all of a sudden - and I get this pit in my stomach, like I want to cry - that's how much I miss it. I don't miss the planning, although mine wasn't so hard to plan for some reason - but I miss the day. I had a blast and I want to do it all over again.
