I must be in an alternate universe

I must be in an alternate universe

I walked out to my car this morning to drive to work and the ground is coated with snow. My poor car was shivering. I stopped in my tracks and said 'Well, this is unexpected'.

I called my boss and he told me to work from home today because the roads are covered with ice. LOL Muahahahaha

The weather has been 35 degrees and below for the past 5 days but no one was expecting snow, not even the smart meteorologists.

For those of you that don't know, I live in Dallas.

If you didn't know that, then either you live in a cave or you don't know me.

People in Tex-@ss must be in a tizzy! They'd never survive a NY winter.

Then again, the way things are going, maybe that's not true.

I'm not complaining that it's been so mild, I hate cold weather. Although, I'll take a nice blizzard of snow long before I'd take another southern ice storm. too dangerous.

I did know that, but for a sec I was still like 'huh??'....I guess I'm a little slow in the morning....need to go back to bed.

But that's cool for you, wish I could work from home (but then I'd REALLY never get anything done!).
