I must really stink

I sent out over 20 resumes last night and have gotten no phone calls...not ONE!!! I don't think I am ever going to find a job.

Give it some time. You JUST sent them out last night - if most companies are like my company it will take them a while just to read it! Hopefully you hear by week's end or next week - good luck

You've GOT to give it more than a day before you crucify yourself!!! Don't forget that it's summer - and many places come to a screeching halt at this time of year. Give it at least until the beginning of next week before you draw any conclusions!

Thanks everyone I just need something so bad. School is starting soon and I want to have a job by then...I NEED $$$. Plus I owe my hall a big chunk of $$ and it's my turn to pay (FH got the last one)

Yeah, give it more time. I've had calls weeks after I've sent them in.

I can totally sympathize. I must have sent out over 80 resumes & done online apps & have gotten no calls, interviews, etc.

I'm not panicing yet!!!!

Woohoo got 2 calls for job interviews this morning! Finally! I also got an e-mail about another position (part time w/ BENEFITS...yay!).
