It's not a leave in conditioner but it works great on my hair...It's called Bonacure Split End Treatment by Schawrtzkopf. It seals split ends and fixes frizzies really well. I use it aas my 'leave in conditioner' even though techincally it is not.

Re: I need a really good leave-in conditioner.
I am an absolute product finatic. I have color treated hair that I also straighten (with an iron), so my hair tends to get really dry. What i found really made a difference was not only my leave in conditioner but I started spending a little more on my shampoo. I never thought my hair could litterally feel so soft after a shampoo before. It feels like I put conditioner in it. I love PHYTO Phytomist Instant Hydrator with White Lotus Flowers for a leave in conditioner, Terex Latte for Shampoo, and Terax Hair Crema Hair Treatment for conditioner.Welcome New Vendors
