I need a zit remedy asap!!!

I have a wedding to go to this weekend (DH's cousin) and I have a big zit right by my nose! Quick home remedies?????

toothpaste sometimes works... other than that, unfortunately time is the only remedy. It its a cystic acne, the dermatolgist can inject it.

toothpaste will dry it out just like an acne cream would on an acne cream will medicate it too. Get some good concealer!

i use neosporin. the active ingredients make any redness disapper and within 2 days you will prob not even have a zit anymore. it sounds strange, but it works.

Visine gets the red out!!!!!!! it really works, or if youu have time het a 10% benzolyl peroxide gel to banish that sucker!

visine will get the red out for a temporary fix and to make you feel like you look normal. use neutrogrena oil free acne face wash (orange with the white squeeze bottle top) it's awesome. you can use toothpaste as a quick remedy to dry it out-- but remember: PASTE not gel!! and you can try just putting some warm water on it. whatever you do, do not touch it with your fingers-- especially where your fingerprints are, try to use the back of your fingers if you have to-- b/c where your prints are (at the top of your finger) there are oil pores and it clogs your skin more.

oh crap! i was touching it with my finger and my sister told me to put ice on it yesterday! i already use the neutrogena and i agree that its awesome. i never get zits but for some reason i got this huge one 3 days before i have to go to a family function! i'll try the toothpaste and the visine. thanks girls!!!!

I just recently read that if you put honey on it then a band aid over night it will help
The honey will kill the bacteria but keep the skin moist so it doesn't scab/scar

I haven't tried this but I read that it works

When I was younger I used toothpaste once but I had also just wiped my face all over with noxema toner and didn't let it dry.
When I woke up I had burns on my face!!

The toothpaste must have reacted with the toner - so just as an FYI - if you use toothpaste, make sure your skin is clean and dry!!!!!!!!!!!
