I printed out my envelopes myself, I bought a program called Weddings Addressed and they can out beautiful!!

me too -people that have seen them have givne me compliments as well

I did my own envelopes and invitations on the computer and they came out beautifully. Every time I told someone I made the invitations myself, they were really surprised. Believe me, I'd say if it looked tacky... I used the font called MISTRAL-- a really cool, modern looking script.

I did my own envelopes on the computer. They came out gorgeous. People even commented on how pretty they looked. Trust me, nobody cares if you get calligraphy or not. Theyre interested in whats inside the envelope. And if they do care, you shouldnt!!

Print em, they'll look awesome and you can save the money for your new house

I am printing them out on the computer. To me, they only get ripped open anyway, and I know my family and friends won't call me cheap or tacky.

I did mine on the computer and they looked great

Sorry but not quite sure how inkspun is different from printing from your own computer. Maybe someone can explain because so far all of the 'calligraphy' that I have seen that was not done by hand has looked computer generated.

I printed my envelopes on my computer and used a matching font...didn't think it was tacky at all. Instead I received many compliments.

ETA: I used a laser printer for my envelopes

maybe i'm the only one, but i handwrote them. i didn't care about the envelope, i always throw them away!

I am another who printed them myself. I am delighted with the results! I used a very similar font to the return address also and I kept admiring how they looked before I mailed them. I agree, people don't inspect the outside of the envelope, they want to see what's inside.
