I need advice on this reception timeline

I am going to supply my vendors with this timeline. Specifically because we are having a band and a dj from a different company and I want to be sure that they know the flow of the evening. I will be giving this to the photographer, videographer, band, dj, Maitre d' and my day of coordinator. Do you think this is okay? Am I missing anything? Also, are the bo-toss and garter toss done after the same meal course? Or can they be done separately. Then the putting the garter on the bo-k winner at the end? Thanks!!

Bouquet toss and garter toss are done here by the dj. I have a question above about this.

WC-I forgot about the dancing in between the toast and the first course.

I don't want to do the dances after the cake cutting. At our e-party, FH's entire side of the party left after the cake and I can see them doing the same at the wedding so I want to do those before. People...
