ok, so i'm getting another dress, and i need bridal salon recommendations. also, if you can, please tell me what your paying for alterations and bustle.

I got my gown from Valentina's in Brooklyn. With the purchase of my gown, I got a free headpiece, free veil and free alterations.

My alterations were capped at $125 and my dress was around $1000 (not including the slip). I went to Paradise Bridal in Patchogue.

I'm using Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. So far they've been great and my dress came in way ahead of schedule. I don't have the paperwork with me, but I believe alterations are in the area of $200.

I got mine at Bridal Refl in Carle Place. So far, they have been great to work with. I believe my alterations are capped at $250 and bustle $100.

I am going to the Bridal Garden tomorrow in Bethpage...I know they are reasonable bc that is where my SIL got her dress...

I would recommend lillettes in baldwin....good prices and dresses and alterations although i dont remember the costs...and Burton's on 110 in melville...burtons was by far the lowest in cost but they have a small dress selection. They will order a dress for you if they do not carry it. Hope this helps

Renate's bridal in Lindenhurst. Dress was about $800 (including tax), headpiece and veil was $140, alterations capped at $140 (ish) - not sure of exact $$. Dont need a bustle because my train is detachable

i got my dress from macys bridal in manhasset and they were really nice to me there. Lilettes in baldwin is also great.

I haven't gone dress shopping yet, but I've heard great things about Lilette's also.
