Does anyone have a clue as to what color towels and accessories go in a bathroom with salmon pink tile with black tile trim?

Oh, I'm so sorry! Pink and black bathrooms make me cringe! But, if I had to live with it, I would go with pink and white towels. JMO.

salmon I have that color bathroom. I use white accesories or cream.

Pink & black bathrooms are really retro. When I was a kid my grandma had one & she had it decorated with Poodle stuff from the 50's. I think you could use gray towels and accessories. You could go with something like this & downplay the pink You could do something like this & try for a softer vintage look Something simple like this would work too
Often you have to settle for colors that you don't love but there's always a way to make it more acceptable

Using this bathrug(I hate the furry toilet bowl cover) would go along with the retro feel

And that's exactly what this bathroom is. It's right out of the 50's. FH parents house has a bathroom just like this and I always said I'd have no idea what to do with it! It's like a bad dream. LOL.
I have to check out all the retro stuff now...great idea.

One of my friends just went thru this!! LOL!!
What color are your walls? Hers are white- she went with black towels, black fuzzy rug and b&w accessories (b&w checkered wastepaper basket, toothbrush holder).
Still deciding on a shower curtain.
She really didn't like the pink and did her best to downplay it. Instead she drew the black out.

Richsbride..LOL...that last set by Croscill you posted was the one I registered for orginially!!! That is such a coincidence! I love it, but it doesn't match...it's more silver and ivory than white. It looked so pretty with the gray and light blue towels I picked *sniff* lol.
I picked out a different one online just now....I think this one is pretty cool! What about tea rose and gray colored towels? Do you think the gray would be too off??

I like that a lot Misty! I think the gray confirms the retro-ness(that's not a word)of it!! If the pink is a weird shade you may have to try a few different towels before you find a match. I think it will perk up that old bathroom & give it a new life!! Take pics when you're done with it!!!!

I had one of those bathrooms. I agree with the posts, go retro. If the walls are not already white I'd change them to a semi-gloss white. I had picked up a bunch of stuff at IKEA, they had a lot of retro looking bathroom accessories. The other thing is that I made sure the light bulbs were bright to wash the pink and black down a bit. Good Luck, it is a challenge.
