Im in Nassau (carleplace/westbury/mineola area) and I have been using my treadmill at home, but i really need a gym or personal trainer for weight training.....anyone have any recommondations??? much appreciated!!

Hey Nicole,
I go to Sky Athletic in RVC and I love it!!! There are some good trainers there too and the classes are really good.....
Say hi to Henry for me and give him a big kiss! I may be taking Norton to Nickerson's Sunday if your interested......

At the NYSC in Garden City, I used to train with one of their guys, Jamal. I'm not sure if he's still there but he was really, really great!
