I am giving a set of blank notecards with my photography on them of Hamptons beach scenes...since that is where FH & I live and are having our wedding...i know it's not exactly something you can get too...but figured i'd throw the idea out there.
is there anything that you and FH like, that is distinguishible? For example, FH and I both share the same first letter 'M' so we're having M&Ms at our wedding, the aqua/tiffany blue to go w/ the theme.

we gave up on the favors, so we're just doing a candy buffet.........

It S*CKS doesn't it!?!?!? I don't want anything I've already been given at other weddings and can't find anything interesting online I'm not giving up though - I have one more week of research to do.

Have you thought about a donation favor? We're gonna give money to Breast Cancer b/c my mom had it, and we'll give everyone a pink ribbon, scroll, and some pink jelly beans

I would think something edible is a very good idea. What about cookies w/ monogram or a pic? I am making a set of coasters from tumbled marble, I love crafts!

we're doing a donation too - sending a kid to Comfort Zone Camp, a camp for children grieving the loss of a parent, primary caregiver or sibling. I lost my dad a few years ago and I used to run a group for bereavement so it fit us (or me anyways!)
how did you guys meet? where was your first date? give us some info and we can brainstorm for you!

We met on a blind date, went to a cute restaurant, nothing that will help I'm affraid :(
they have all kinds of cookie art...runway replicas, cake cookies, monogram cookies, hearts, etc. look thru the pics, theyre so cute.

We're doing Lenox ornaments with personalized satin ribbon hangers.... and the traditional 5 jordan almonds, but we're adding 2 Baci candies, because they're navy and silver and match my color scheme, and they mean KISSES!
How about cookies? Everyone loves an edible wedding favor!

did you have dessert at the restaurant? what'd you have?
You can give a mini version of the dessert that you had, with a tag explaining the significance.....cannolis, anyone?!?!
