I need help finding a RH!! (Not for me)

Hey Girls!

My cousin just got engaged to the most amazing person and she's starting out the whole wedding process. Obviously, she's extremely overwhelmed like most of us were when we first started and needs some help finding a venue. I gave her the price quotes that I got when I was searching for my perfect RH but unfortunately, opposite times of the year...lol. Can anyone suggest a place that suits what she's looking for? September 2012 wedding on a Saturday night. Suffolk or Nassau, doesn't matter. Has to accomodate 125-150 guests. And preferrably has an outdoor ceremony area. Looking to be at most $140 including tax and grat. Any help would be amazing. TIA!!

The Riviera in Massapequa It has a gorgeous outdoor area and our Sat eve was a little less than that!

I agree. Beautiful ceremony space on the water, and great prices!

I've heard GREAT things about Giorgios. It's just far out east. The inside room is very beautiful also.

September is prime wedding season.
I recommend the following places:

Bridgeview yacht Club, Island Park
(beautiful room, draped ceiling with chandeliers hanging from it, on the water)

Snapper Inn, Oakdale
(on Connetquot river, nice outside area next to outdoor tent. I recommend renting nice chairs though, the ones they have are not nice)

Venetian Yacht Club in Babylon
(amazing view of Great South Bay and Robert Moses Bridge)

Villa Lombardis, Holbrook
(Great Italian food, garden type outdoor area as well as greenhouse type room for cocktail hour)

Lombardis on the Bay, Patchogue
(Great food, nice room and on the bay. I think they only fit 125 people)

Crescent Beach Club in Bayville
(very elegant beach style venue)

Also try the Coral House they have an outdoor ceremony area near the water and it's really beautiful inside too

When I looked for 2011, OFC was $130pp ++ for a Saturday, with tax and tip it came to about $170 pp. Im not sure if the prices have changed since then though!

Bridgeview Yacht Club will be in this price range. They have an outdoor ceremony area and its on the water. Great for pics

Oh and its 1 wedding at a time which is always a plus

Bridgeview Yacht club will not be 1 event at a time for 125-175 people on a Saturday night. When we priced it out they said that on a Sat night we must guarantee 200 or they will book the cocktail hour room if they can after our cocktail hour is over...Even though the reception room is a long hallway away, that might change your opinion...Old field club is gorgeous but not a very 'festive' cocktail hour (not much food BUT ABSOLUTLEY beautiful....

Hamlet at Willow Creek in Mt. Sinai is awesome. Im booked at 130 per person including all taxes and everything. They have an inside and outside cocktail hour which I loved in case of rain. The food is really good as well. And Barbara, the wedding coordinator is so knowledgeable. I booked there immediately.
