I DO or WE DO letters are simply to decorate either your dais, or the cake table, something like that. You don't say anything on them, just paint them or add jewels to make them look nice. You don't give them out to anyone, it's not that kind of thing.
Programs: I haven't really figured out how I'm doing mine yet. I've started working on them in MS Word and I'll prob just print them out on nice paper.
Wish Bowl: This is in place of a guest book. It's usually just a glass bowl sitting on a table next to the dais. Then you leave some pens and small peices of paper or index cards for guests to write on. They can either make a wish for the newlyweds or give a piece of marital advice. This is nice bc afterwards you can take them out and put them in a photo album.
Cry packs: Yes, pretty much just tissues. They're lil packets with a few tissues for if/when guests at the ceremony want to wipe their tears (of joy!). How many times do you need a tissue and you don't have anything? So this provides your guests with something.
Of course, none of these are necessary. I just think they're nice touches that guests will appreciate. HTH!!
