We're getting my boss a bottle of wine as a thank you gift for the Holidays but I'm clueless on wine and of course I'm in charge of getting it. What's something good around $20 that I can get at a regular wine store.
Thanks!!!!

Re: I need help!! which wine??
I just ran to Stew Leonars and got my boss a $80 bottle. He's good to me so I figure what the heck.
Seriously, go to Stew Leonards and walk in there and say I want a good $20 bottle of white or red wine. Do you know what kind your boss likes?

There are tons of great wines. I suggest just walking into a wine store and asking the people who work there for a good suggestion. Otherwise you'll spend forever looking for a wine that the store might not even sell!

I always enjoy the Ruffino Chianti riserva.
I have to tell you ladies though - a great bottle in the 10-15 range is the Castle Rock Pinot Noir.

Re: I need help!! which wine??
I'm a big fan of Yellow Tail Shiraz, and I'm not even a red wine drinker. There's also a really great Riesling, but I don't know the brand off hand, I'll have to ask FH later and repost.
