I will be having my reception in Chateau Briand (located in Carle Place, LI--Westbury) in May 2011. I want to have the ceremony in a Catholic church nearby the RH, but I am having a hard time finding one that will marry us (being that we are not 'members'). I don't like the feeling of getting married at a RH's chapel, but that would be a choice if I was forced to do so. Can anyone help me with the following question?:
Do you know any Catholic churches nearby or surrounding area that can marry a couple regardless of them being a 'member'?

Re: I NEED help with church (Catholic)
Hi everyone!
I wanted to give you a brief update. I just booked my church! Thanks to everyone's suggestion, I was able to finalize this and find a place that my FH and I feel comfy.
We are getting married in Holy Name of Mary in Valley Stream! They marry non-members and have a great staff!
By the way, St. Raphaels in East Meadow does not marry non-members. Also, St. Barnabas in Bellmore was willing to marry us (non-members). However, I did not feel comfortable with the priest that we spoke with so we kept on looking.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions and great help!

Not sure but there is St. Aidan's in Williston Park and Notre Dame in New Hyde Park. You might want to try them - they are both beautiful churches.
