I need help with my last vendor! Hair!!!

I need help with my last vendor! Hair!!!

Hi ladies! I am need of your help!!

I am down to my last vendor and looking for someone to do my hair and for my BP. Thing is, all the vendors I have contracted from LIW want $300 for me and $150 for BM's... Am I the only person who thinks those prices are just WAYYY TO MUCH?

I had one last hope of a friend's mother who I called this morning and she just booked a vacation the week of my wedding yesterday.... UGH!

Now what to do? I'm thinking of just going to a salon. With 13 people it would take hours for one person to do us all at the hotel anyhow.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Did you contact all the vendors on the LIW vendor page for hair?

I'm using Denise Lee Salon in Setauket and my hair trial photos are in my community album. Lisa, the owner, did my hair and she did a fabolous job!!!!!!!!

Relax, I'm sure you'll find someone soon for your hair!!!

Yep I used her too - and also her sister, Brigid, they did an awesome job, everyone was so happy with thier hair!

You can call Rosemarie- She is awesome. Charges $25 for a trial, which she applies towards your total hair cost for the wedding if you book. I believe she charges $125 total for day of (including the $25 from the trial) and $55-$65 for BM depending on the style they want.

Her cell # is 516-850-4980. She works at a salon, but will come to your house the day of. She has done a few of my friends weddings and does wedding parties all the time.

Mya from Cosmetic Artistry charges $65 for Bridesmaids hair. I am considering using her.

The girl I used was a bit pricey, but I ended up spending more on trials than if I found her first. I also had good trials with Denise Venti, I believe she has her pricing listed on her website also. Good luck and I hope you find someone you love!

Thanks ladies... this is not looking good for me. I am going to have to go up and find a spa in the area..... Guess I now have something to do when FH goes to his bachelor party.

A few of us have used All For You (LIW vendor) in Holtsville. That's exit 63 on the L.I.E. They are wonderful there! My hair was $60 the day of.

I paid $60 for my hair (the price was the same per BM). My trial was about $40 (I think).
I'm not sure if her prices changed (since she opened her salon) but you could try to call Allison, the owner at Evolutions, 422-4200. It's located at 934 Little East Neck Road in West Babylon. Tell her that Melissa told you to call.

you could try my hair girl, Hair Designs by Christine 631-877-9412 She charges $75 for the trial, $100 for the bride the day of and $75 for bridesmaids. She will come to you and if you have a lot of girls she has multiple girls she works with.So it does not take forever.
