I need help...FH wants me to make him dinner...

What should I make?

I dont really ever cook...so help me out girlies!

Baked Ziti is my fave, I'm a big fan of one dish suppers...

with caesar salad and texas toast.

every man likes breaded chicken cutlets and it is very easy to make along with a nice side salad and maybe cous cous

he doesnt cook...LOL nor do i...

i have to agree w/ the chicken cutlets. they're easy to make, and FH loves it whenever i make them. i usually make them w/ garlic mashed potatos and a salad.

we're having tacos for dinner tonite, that's a very easy meal, and very yummy!

2 of FH's fave meals i make are

penne alla vodka w chickin, garlic bread and gorgonzola salad

or fajitas!

both are very easy

i have to agree that pasta is very easy to make and so is chicken cutlets...if you want to make it real easy on yourself and happen to have a citarella market near you definitely go there...they make fresh home made pastas and tortellini's...they take 2-5 mins to cook bc of how fresh they are...They also sell AMAZING sauces in plastic containers, their vodka sauce is delicious...the meal would seriously take you 10 mins to make hahaha.

Or make chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes.

In case anyone else wants- cacciatore recipe:
2 Cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can Del Monte Tomato Sauce
1 lb boneless chix breast ( cut up into peices)
Egg noodles
Just brown the chicken pieces, then add the stewed tomatoes and sauce and cook for about 20-25 mins. (stir once in a while) Serve over egg noodles. so easy and soooooo good!!

how about fajitas...make grilled chicken then slice them in small pieces...you can also grill red onion and peppers and then on a plate also put tomatoes, some lettuce and sour cream...you can even make it healthier by getting whole wheat pita and heating that up

Stuffed Peppers

I'm craving them soooooooooo bad. They are pretty easy to make and you can make them healthy - with brown rice, veggies and turkey meat!

If you leave out the rice, you can have some mashed potatoes on the side with some sauce. Yummy. With the rice, mashed potatoes might be a bit much.

where would i get the boneless chicken? (what part in the supermarket? (im not dumb, i just never cooked before)) and the egg noodles

Dont know if its near you but here is the site for citarella...you can definitely tell its home made, tastes different than pastas you buy in the supermarket...their chicken and cheese stuffed tortellinis are amazing
