In case anyone else wants- cacciatore recipe:
2 Cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can Del Monte Tomato Sauce
1 lb boneless chix breast ( cut up into peices)
Egg noodles
Just brown the chicken pieces, then add the stewed tomatoes and sauce and cook for about 20-25 mins. (stir once in a while) Serve over egg noodles. so easy and soooooo good!!

where would i get the boneless chicken? (what part in the supermarket? (im not dumb, i just never cooked before)) and the egg noodles

Chicken in the meat section.. just looked for boneless chicken breast and egg noodles in the pasta isle.

go to the meat section. Look for where the chicken is...all the types of chicken will be next to one another and you'll see the boneless chicken there.

i have to agree w/ the chicken cutlets. they're easy to make, and FH loves it whenever i make them. i usually make them w/ garlic mashed potatos and a salad.

we're having tacos for dinner tonite, that's a very easy meal, and very yummy!

Dont know if its near you but here is the site for citarella...you can definitely tell its home made, tastes different than pastas you buy in the supermarket...their chicken and cheese stuffed tortellinis are amazing

I love Citarella. I have one around the block from my apt. Their butcher is the best in NYC!!!!

breaded chicken cutlets and vodka sauce here's the recipe. its so good!!!

1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup vodka
1 can Italian crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup romano cheese
1 cup heavy cream

Pasta, prepaired according to package directions

Melt butter over high heat until bubbly; add red pepper flakes.

Rapidly add vodka; simmer for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and cheese and simmer for three minutes,

Add 1 cup of heavy cream and simmer for one minute.

Prepare pasta (shell or tube pasta suggested); mix completely with the
sauce and serve immediately.

WHAT ABOUT steak and mashed potatoes...its pretty easy just grill the steak. Mashed potatoes are very easy to make too...peel the potatoes, cut each one into smaller pieces, then put them in water to boil...when they are done, put them in a bowl and get the hand mixer out and do it until you get the desired fluffiness or however you like, while you're mixing add a little bit of milk, butter and salt.

Thats a good idea! even add a lille sour cream and chives

i bought FH Fileg mingon it was wrapped a piece of bacon around it! he loovved it! if you go to a local butcher, hell give it to you for cheap!!
