Not sure... but we pay about $180 for both but we have a three floor house... so maybe $110 or so?

usually apartment buildings have heat included because they love to pump it all day and night.... in my apartment we pay anywhere from 20 -45 a month for electric (but we are never here in the day.. I get home at 5, DH gets home at 7:45...

We live in a 2 bedroom apt in a house. Since we moved in in October we have had 6 oil deliveries totalling $1200, but you usually don't pay much or anything for the summer months. And our electric is about $100 a month. Our apt is 2 floors so yours might be less. We also have a washer and dryer so that brings the electric up a bit each month.
