i need lowfat recipes!!

im doing weightwatchers and this weekend is a big one!!i dont want to cheat (too much ) but i was wondering if anyone has any lowfat dips or some sort of dessert dishes for the 4th of july weekend bbq's...im def bringing my turkey burgers with me..but i have 3 bbq's this weekend..pleas help!! thanks
