I need prayers..UPDATE #3
On Friday my 16 year old cousin who is a BM, started vomitting, she turned yellow and is now at Columbia hospital.
The doctors think she has this rare disease called Wilson Disease it affects 1 in 400,000 people, it is when your body does not get rid of enough copper it is genetic.
The doctors say that she may need a liver transplant and she is on the list.
I am just in shock and need your thoughts and prayers. This girl has had such an abnormal life, she has had to grow up too fast and in spite of everything, she is just so down to earth and cool. She doesn't deserve this.

I just don't want her to have to have a transplant.
UPDATE....
She is number one on the list for the liver transplant and she will be having it done as soon as it is available. She most likely won't be able to make the wedding.![]()
Update #3!!!!
WE GOT A LIVER!!!!! She will be operated on either tonight at midnight or first thing in the morning!!!! It is kinda sad, it came from a 42 year old man who was killed in a motorcycle accident. I am thinking of his family. It is just so bittersweet. I feel bad for them but happy for my cousin.
She is currently in stable condition. She was very happy to see her best friend who came to visit today!!! The surgeon decided not to do the eye test because he didn't want to move her. He says it doesn't really matter because she still needs the transplant.
The surgeon who is doing the surgery is famous. He saved a toddler's life. She had an inoperable tumor and this doctor, removed all her organs and the tumor and gave the child all new organs... isn't that nuts!!! He saved her life!! We feel very fortunate that he is the surgeon on call!!!
Once again, I want to say thank you for all your thoughts and prayers!! Those of you who have worked at columbia or knows info about the diesase has made me and family feel slightly better about this. Thank you so much!! Please keep it coming!!!
