I have a severe head cold and no matter what i take it doesnt seem to help or alleviate the pressure! My eyes r killing me and now i feel it all in my sinus cavity...does anyone know anything that i can do? I tried heating pad on my face but it didnt help much...i HAVE to work tomorrow cause i took off st paddys day so I need relief quick! Thanks so much!

I usually take alkaseltzer cold medicine and it helps really quickly.. also if your putting heat on your face it has to be moist heat.. like a HOT rag over your nose and eyes...

what about vicks vapor rub on your chest and a little itty bitty dab under your nose. it should help clear your sinuses and a shot of tequilla

If you are having troble breathing at night...try those nose strips. You can buy them at the drugstore. They are the BEST!!!!! They totally make you breathe at night
