I need serious bid acceptance dust

I'm so down - FH and I have been looking for a coop since January - everytime we find one we like we bid on it and we ALWAYS get outbid. We are bidding competitively - so i have no clue what is going on! Its just all so depressing- and we are getting married in 7 months and i have the bar next months so it just makes things al the more upsetting.

Our most recent bid was outbid but the guy's paperwork may not pan out so my fingers are crossed!
