I need serious limo help please!!!!

ok so.....

I need advice about the configuration of limos and people.

1. Are you incluing the guests of the bridal party in the limos?

2. Are your parents included in the limos?

3. How are people getting home if they were in the limo?

Please help me. there is serious drama at the exact time that I don't need it and it needs to be crushed fast!

1. Guests of bridal party are usually on their own.

2. Yes, parents are usually included in limos.

3. People get home by usually catching a ride with friends who weren't in the bp or by going home with their guests (who drove themselves). As for the bride and groom and parents, you can arrange for the limo company to send a sedan to the RH at the end of the night to pick you up.

OK, these were my 3 major issues as well. We have a large BP and although I'd really really like to include their guests in the party bus, we have 27 people as is and there just won't be room. If they have NO othe way to get to the reception, I *might* be able to squeeze them in the party bus- a detail I'm no broadcasting because then everyone will want in- but if not then they'll have a spot on the coach bus which will be provided for OOT guests.

Rather than getting an additional limo for our parents, we decided to have them on the party bus with us, hence the large group. They're fun anyway.

Anyone who was in the party bus will be either getting a ride home from someone else or will be hitching a ride on the coach bus. The coach bus will be shuttling guests back and forth if anyone wants to leave early, that is. Hope this helps!!

1- No, we are not including guests of the bp in the limo.
2- Yes our parents will be taking the limo to the RH and then the limo will be coming back to get us and the bp to take us to the RH after we finish our pictures.
3- BP will have to find their own way home, as well as, our parents.

Also about parents. We are getting a car service to take my grandparents from staten island to Long Island.
My parents will be in the car with me to the church
FH parents (mom, dad, step dad, and possibly grandma) will be picked up in a 10 pass limo at FH house, to take them to the church and then that limo will take my parents/grandparents as well from church to RH.

We wanted to do one big party bus for everyone (edit- the BP, no guests of BP), however, busses arent allowed on the Belt Parkway, and even if there is traffic on the Belt and teh cars have to take the streets, its faster in a stretch limo then a bus. so we were stuck.

dont stress yourself over how guests of the BP are getting there. they will figure it out.
